Terms of Service

The short version: use the service for what it is built for, do not use it to harm anyone, and understand that disposable things are disposable. The long version is below, and it is written to be read.

Who we are

TMailr is operated by Bolrach Technologies Limited. These terms are a contract between you and us, and they apply to everything on tmailr.com and to mail handled through kahmail.com, isymail.com, vrymail.com and etymail.com.

The service

We provide receive-only temporary inboxes, masked forwarding aliases, email deliverability testing, domain health checks, free analysis tools, and a developer sandbox. Features marked free are free. If we introduce paid tiers, paying for them will always be a choice you make explicitly, never a conversion we apply to something you already had.

What you may not do

• Use the service to harass, defraud, impersonate or harm anyone.
• Use an alias or inbox to evade a ban, a court order, or a sanctions regime.
• Point a masked alias at a mailbox that is not yours. Aliases refuse mail until the destination confirms, and trying to get around that is a breach of these terms.
• Probe, overload or interfere with the service. Rate limits are part of the product, not an obstacle to engineer around.
• Resell the service or present it as your own without an agreement with us.

Disposable means disposable

A temporary inbox expires, and when it expires its contents are deleted permanently. The secret link is the only way into an inbox or an unclaimed alias; if you lose it, we usually cannot restore access, because being unable to do that is a privacy feature, not a gap. Do not use a temporary address for an account you will need to recover later.

Your mail stays yours

You keep every right to the content of mail you receive. We process it only to deliver the service: storing it, parsing it to show it to you, extracting codes, computing authentication results and forwarding where you asked us to. We do not sell it, mine it for advertising, or train models on it.

Accounts and API keys

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in method secure; anything done with a valid API key counts as done by whoever the key belongs to, which is why keys can be revoked at any time from the account page.

What we promise, and what we do not

We run the service carefully and we publish an honest status page, but the service is provided as-is, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability. Mail is a federated system: we cannot guarantee that a third party will accept, deliver or correctly classify any message. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free service is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

We can suspend or close inboxes, aliases, sandboxes or accounts that break these terms, put other users at risk, or attract abuse we have to stop. Where it is reasonable to do so we explain what happened; where explaining would help an attacker, we may not. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can delete anything you created from its own page.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, the change is announced on this page with its date. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
